Where it started
I started creating content and building community from a young age, long before "creator" was a career path. Somewhere in those years of posting, testing, and paying close attention to what actually landed, I learned the real skill: not just making things people like, but understanding why, and using that understanding on purpose.
Years as an influencer taught me what an audience responds to, and how to turn that attention into something real. That instinct is still the foundation of everything I do.
The foundation
I paired that instinct with a formal marketing education, a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business, and layered on the credentials built for the work I actually do: a Shopify certification, and the LVMH Inside Certificate in Creation & Branding and Retail & Customer Experience.
The theory caught up to what I'd already been living.
Building HerHeart
Before GrandAscend, I built HerHeart, a self-development brand, from the ground up: identity, Shopify store, content, and a community around it. Building HerHeart end to end taught me something I couldn't have learned any other way.
The process I used to grow it, the strategy, the aesthetic, the storytelling, wasn't unique to my brand. It was a method. And methods can be used again.
GrandAscend
That realization became GrandAscend. Today I lead a small team of specialists in content, design, and strategy, and every brand we take on gets the same approach: creative vision paired with a strategy that actually works, built to elevate how a brand looks, grow how far it reaches, and solve the real problems standing in its way.
